This is a beaded Larimar necklace.
Larimar was originally found in the far south of the Dominican Republic, in part by a man named Miguel Méndez. Upon seeing the beauty of the blue rock, it immediately reminded him of the Carribean Sea. He then decided to name it in part after his daughter Larissa, and in part the Spanish word for sea, mar, hence the name Larimar.
